    Additional Notes
-Motor is capable of pushing 21+psi. I have personally driven the car on 21psi with no issues at all and it is FAST! Though, the car is tuned to 15psi and is typically driven on 9psi on the street. This thing is FAST. I'm talking Z06 killer! With forged rods, low compression pistons, thick MLS headgasket, and rebuilt head - this motor is bulletproof.
    -SHOWROOM Condition
-Very minor rock chips (mostly front bumper and a few on the mirrors and fenders)
-ASC Light wills always be on dash (ASC disabled thanks to Nick Glantzis’ software update)
-OEM BMW Battery just put in (less than 3k miles)

    -Solid Compression Test Numbers
Measured Fall 2009; roughly 58 degrees outside
    Cylinder 1: 154
    Cylinder 2: 150
    Cylinder 3: 152
    Cylinder 4: 152
    Cylinder 5: 152
    Cylinder 6: 154

-Last Dyno Numbers using Dynojet @ APG Performance:
    435 rwhp / 377 @ 15.1 psi

    -VIN# WBSBG9320TEY72748

I originally purchased the car in June 2003. During this time I had ran a carfax and even took it to Patrick BMW Dealership in Schaumburg, IL, for an inspection. The carfax turned out clean and the inspection came out in all good news.

A couple of years ago, I posted this car up as a feeler and somebody had ran the VIN via Carfax. An accident had been reported on my vehicle in Iowa from year 2001. This did not appear linked to the VIN # until 2008 --- 7 years later. It did not come up in the Carfax report when I originally checked in June 2003.

Since then, I've been in contact with Carfax to see if there was a mixup in VIN #s and why this was not on the original carfax report that I ran. Apparently, police reports may take up to years to be reported and linked to a VIN. My M3 sustained some kind of damage to the driver side.

On the plus side, I had this car professionally inspected and have had no issues driving it for the 7 years that I've owned it. Any potential buyers, I will gladly let you fully inspect or take to a local dealer to do an inspection.
I hide nothing and still label this M3 as MINT/CLEAN!

I've owned this car for 7 years and only put 20k miles on it since. This car has been babied. Seriously, I've been made fun of for lack of driving it. I'm just too paranoid to take it anywhere and want to keep it in prestine condition. I don't see what's wrong with that. Ha!

I am looking for $19,000 with the Fikse Mach V wheels /Advan Neova tires, as currently on the car --- or, $17,000 with the replica LTW Wheels/Yoko ES100 tires.

Serious buyers or any questions, please PM.

    -Mark

Bump for a great car and seller.

I have looked over/driven this car and as you can see no expense was spared when building.

Who ever picks this up is lucky to find such a clean example of an e36 M3.
'95 M3 soon to be replaced with something more serious

I forgot to mention that this built motor can easily boost 21+ psi, which I can say from 1st hand personal experience. Dyno numbers are only up to 15psi --- 421rwhp.

Stock forged rods, low compression pistons (thermal coated), thicker MLS headgasket, rebuilt head by Pete McHenry, ARP studs. This motor is bullet proof. It would take a lot to blow this thing up!

Sounds very appealing. However, the only trade I'm looking for is a briefcase full of money. Or a fat check.

The truth is, I don't want to get rid of my car and I would never trade it for any other car (unless theres somebody with a 911 turbo willing to trade haha). I've spent too much money and priceless time & emotion on this car.

Thank you! One of the cleanest and sickest in the US! Guaranteed.

I've had several potential buyers and a handful of people look at & test drive my car, but I'm not biting on their offers just yet.

Mike, Andrew, Ronnie, Tim, and others interested,

I'm sorry for not responding to you previously. This account is linked to an old email address of mine that I don't check, which is only setup for message boards. This is the main and only reason why I have asked to be PM'ed instead of emailed. Nonetheless, I have responded back to all of your emails. From here on forward, please contact via PM or the phone number that I have provided for you. I apologize for the poor response on my end.

Mike, send me questions via PM or PM me so we can set up a time to discuss. Same goes for everybody else.

    Thanks!

    Thank you fellas!

Just got the car legally tinted at 35% and also professionally detailed. Prior to that, I got a new o2 / oxygen sensor put it and also had the calipers and inner-rotors painted black.

I have most maintenance/upgrade records during my time as owner. I can send via PDF file to any potential buyers.

This thing is Eco-friendly (not really) and can PASS EMISSIONS!

    UPDATED PHOTOS COMING VERY SOON!

    15k?
"Lamborghini, the tractor maker, wanted to figure out why his Ferrari's clutch kept crapping out (PITA, cost a lot of money). He complained to Ferrari, and Enzo didn't do anything. Lamborghini discovered it was the same, much cheaper clutch used in his tractors. The rest is history..."

I just got done replying to somebody with a similar offer. I might as well show my reply because I've been seeing $15k a lot as of late.

    Copy & Paste:

I've had several offers on the car, but all lower than I'm willing to accept at this point. The 2 highest offers I've had thus far were was one at $15k (from my long-time friend) and the other was $15.5k, both offers were for the car without the Fikse wheels / Advan tires (with the LTW wheels and balding Yoko ES100 tires). I declined both of these, along with the other several lower offers.

As much as I would like to sell, I'm really not in a hurry. For the past month, I've been just testing the waters and see what kind of responses/offers I would get. Last weekend, I had the car tinted (35%, nothing too dark, just a classy look on a black car) and professionally detailed. The weekend prior, I painted the inner-rotors and calipers black for a cleaner look. I even went the extra route of buying a new ///M3 emblem to replace the 14-year old faded badge. This upcoming weekend, a buddy of mine will be taking photos of the car with his SLR camera and I will be putting up on autotrader or cars.com to increase awareness.

I will brag by saying that this car is extremely clean, greatly maintained by an extra paranoid, anal owner, and modification/maintenance record history to show the THOUSANDS spent on this car. Keep in mind that my car has 73k ORIGINAL miles and ~5k on the fully rebuilt motor, less than 1k on brakes and tires, and ~15k miles on the suspension. All fluids have been changed out. This car is pampered!

If you buy this car, you will NOT need to touch anything. Every last thing has been replaced. The only thing you will need to do is oil changes. Spark plugs were just changed out last week as well.
