    Affordable Powder Coating

What's up guys. We finally got the powder coating stuff under control and set up.

    Our website is: www.rmswheels.com

    Services Offered:
    -Powder Coating
    -Lip Polishing (Diamond Finish)
    -Media Blasting
    -Fender Rolling

    Services NOT available:
    -Full Wheel Polishing
    -Plating
-Tire dismount/mount & balance (we outsource)

    Email for all pricing!

Not really sure what people get powder coated other than that. Hit me up with what you need and we will work something out.

    Turn around time:
Should be rather quick. I can do a full set of wheels in about half a day - a full day pending on my schedule and what needs to be done to them. It's safe to say 3 days max but Ill give you a more up-to-date time frame when you drop them off.

    Colors:
I will try to stock basic colors (black, white, red, blue, green, yellow, gray). If you need some funky color or want to do something crazy, then I would need a 20$ deposit to purchase the paint that way Im not stuck buying some weird color lol.

What I'll need from you is:
If you bring a set of wheels, please, NO tires. If there is a valve stem on the wheel, I will rip it off.
I will order the paint and you just pay for the paint when you drop off the item that way I dont get stuck with some random color **This only applies for colors I DO NOT stock**
Try and clean up the item as best as you can, this will help cut the prep time.

    BLASTING:
Our media blasting equiptment has ARRIVED!

Some Pics from 1 wheel today. I will upload a few more later on.
Difference from OEM finish and Bengal White:

    Wet Black:

I will update thread as regularly as I can with updates, prices, etc.

    And finally, a transaction thread:

Manifold, maybe. I barely got a m20 manifold in there, and it wasnt good enough for me to charge people to paint it.

    What kinda wheels?

Don't ever P-coat SSR's. You run a huge risk of having them crack.

PM me a quote for my 17" stock wheels please. I will wait until your new oven arrives and will definitely get my wheels powder coated. Also, if you can include the price for lugnuts, that'd be great too, thanks.

Update: Our new oven is a go for 17s. We are ordering media blasting equiptment later this week/early next week.

We turned 17" style 5s from this:

    to this:

excuse the iPhone pics. I've been out of town and have been working from my phone.

I must add, the package above, (centers of whatever color, and bolts in whatever color) is 200$ for a SET!

Dood, bring them to a couple body shops for quotes, shouldn't be much more than $200.
