Year: 1995
Model: 325is with 98 M3 engine

Mileage: 125,8##
Accidents: NONE – all body panels VIN’s match
I am selling my thoughtfully modified 332is with Chuck Stickley head and Euro 6-speed. It is such a fantastic all around performer that I could not bring myself to strip out the excellent stereo, AC, and interior to make her into a dedicated track car. I’m sure the new owner will enjoy her as much as I and my family did.
I am the third owner – the second owner only had the car for four months before losing his shirt during the market crash in September 2008. The car’s original owner performed the majority of the upgrades on the car during his 13 years of conscientious ownership. The clean Carfax / Autocheck will verify this history and show the car to be wreck-free. The car has always been garaged, receives regular waxing, and the leather is treated with Lexol products.
The following list of modifications centers around the drive-train – the heart of this car. The engine pulls strong and smooth throughout its rev range, the result of a final AA tune once all the parts were installed. There is no drop off near redline due to the Schrick cams and Stickley head. Full synthetic oil changes every 5000 miles. No CELs. All maintenance records for the parts and work performed since 2008. Unfortunately the 2nd owner did not keep the records from the 1st owner. Unless noted in the disclosure list, everything works and performs as designed.
I recently received the following dyno sheet questions: Do you have one? What does the curve look like? What'll she do?
I do not have a dyno sheet for the car. It went out the door with the maintenance records from 2nd owner. I have had it serviced at three reputable aftermarket dealers:
www.bimmerworks.com, www.uucmotorwerks.com, www.harrisonmotorsports.com. After owner / mechanic test drives, all three said the drive-train is as strong as it should be considering the mods list. I agree with them - it is certainly faster than the stock or normally modded M3's I have driven. I wish I had a dyno chart to back up our shared sentiment as numbers (correctly gathered and reported) do not lie.
Disclosure:
- I have not addressed the slow power steering leak inherent to E36’s. I have a drip pad in my garage and it only requires one ounce at each oil change.
- The passenger seat does not fold forward. All the electrical controls for both seats still work, but rear access is best achieved via the driver’s side.
- Very small crack in Euro header flex “accordion”. It has not spread since purchased in September 2008. It makes small rattling sound heard outside the vehicle at idle.
- Rear window tint has air bubbles.
- Approximately 40% of the HVAC backlighting is dim or out, though all controls work flawlessly.
- One piece of the AC Schnitzer interior wood trim kit (rear driver side) was pulled off by my toddler. I still have the unbroken part.
- The pictures reveal the passenger door card bubble.
- Only two small, under paint rust spots noted in photos. They appear to have formed when the original owner replaced the windshield. They have not grown since I purchased in 2008.
I have the title free and clear with a current GA tag, insurance, etc. I have two sets of keys and a few BMW spares that I will include with the car.
Asking price is $9,250 OBO for better-than-M3 performance with lower insurance premiums. This is not a forced sale and I will be happy to discuss the car and price with you. No trade offers please.
Please contact me via cell @ 678_342_3202 or cbryant514 AT gmail DOT com. The car resides in its garage east of Atlanta, GA.
All 74 images can be viewed at, including some of the images from when I purchased the car to show that it is still in great condition:

Original post updated with answer to Dyno sheet questions I've been receiving. Thank for all the questions!

Think I've driven under that bridge about 100 times. Over I-20?
Nice car. GLWS.
Yes it is - a narrow, rarely used road not far from home.
A word of caution - the Sheriff deputies that met me at the end of my "photo shoot" noted that their phone was ringing off the hook! They were polite, liked the photos andcar, and strongly encouraged me to photograph in less public, conspicuos locations. I noted my lack of foresight and slowly drove home.
Thanks for the compliment.
Thanks for all the PM's and emails!

Buy my car.
Chris
Well, the local buyer backed out.
Price dropped to get the ball rolling again.
Chris
This car is dangerously close to getting me back in an E36...
GLWS, if you were closer I'd buy it.
Buy my car!
That is all.
Chris
Somebody needs this fine example of an E36! Somebody like you, perhaps?
