-Chassis: 127,000
-Engine Block: 127,000
-Engine head: 68,000
-Transmission( NO SLIPPING!!, Shifts STRONG and FAST!): 127,000
-Engine was rebuilt last winter with all new seals, a new head, and new gaskets all the way around! Runs and pulls GREAT! About 7,500 on the rebuild.

-- M52 block (127,000 miles) with a 1999 S52 (M3) head (68,000 miles), valves, and springs. Head shaved .012
-- New: Headgasket, all new seals and gaskets the whole way through (valve cover gasket, head gasket, vanos gasket, throttle bottle, intake manifold gaskets all replaced)Brand new thermostat, with a spare, All timing chain guides replaced, brand new head bolts, and bolts throughout the entire engine.. will also include a new set of APR Head Studs that I have not installed yet.
--Replaced o2 sensors over Christmas
-FK fully adjustable Streetline Coil Over kit --6,500 miles on them
-ZKW Euro Epsiloid Projector headlights
--UUD slim 55w HID kit (Almost new!)
--Bav Auto Angel Eyes
--LaminEx headlight tint
-Cold air intake with new cone and headsheild (Also will include Original K&N Airbox)
Tires have 95% tread (Replaced just after Christmas)
Style 68 (E46 330i) wheels (Black) in very good shape with a full size spare
Brand new starter
Brakes replaced just over a year ago
Front wheels bearings replaced 6 months ago

Radiator fluids have been flushed thouroughly and replaced, power steering fluid is brand new, oil replaced every 4,500 miles with new oil filter and synthetic oil every time. Will be done once more the day the car is purchased also with a full clean and vacuum before being driven to the new owner.



The Bad:
--CEL is on for Secondary Air Pump. This is completely emmissions related and has nothing to do with performance. It is to help clean the emissions on a cold start. If you live in a county that does not require emissions, you are fine with this problem. I have no problem buying the new pump and replacing it for the purchaser though. ($100 for the pump, located right on top of the engine bay, can install easily with hand tools)
--I had a girl in a drivethrough let off her clutch and roll back into my front driver side fender. There is a VERY slight wrinkle in the fender from her bumper, and only noticeable if you're looking at/for it.
--Sunroof gasket is starting to fall off, it's $74 for a new one, and the sunroof does NOT leak as is.
--Drivers seat has some wear and tear, as does the passenger seat, but nothing is really torn, all the electronic functions still work perfectly.
I am willing to fix EVERYTHING that needs to be fixed prior to the sale, upon discussion with the buyer

It's got the upgraded water pump (not the plastic one), and the alum. thermostat housing, with a brand new t-stat. Stock radiator still, and the clutch fan is still on, no Fan delete.

like i said, wish you were closer. My old man has a 77 TA 6.6 litre that requires work but its runs and drive great. Frame is solid, but the hood and body needs somework, but a great place to start. Has one of the suspension packages and like 80000 miles. Maybe I can convince him to do some trade but i doubt it. Location is a problem too. I might consider it, but I dont know anything about doing shipping.
