You should be able to make your goal no problem. As far as EMS, the only real option for the non vanos motors is standalone. Like AEM EMS, Vipec etc. Or you can update the electronics to a vanos ecu and wiring harness and have it tuned by someone like TRM.

There are alot of companies that can tune your car's stock DME:

    Maximum PSI
    The Racers Market
    AA
    ETC...

500 whp is completely doable on a built motor

FYI - Eagle is recalling alot of thier rods for this motor as the ID on one of the ends are out of spec

    Ill attach the thread.

Call them up and see if they tune the 402,403 or 405 ecu's that the NON vanos motors run stock and what MAF sensor they use. Thanks...

*edit, AA MIGHT tune these motors. never looked into it...

Sorry you may be right. I thought TRM was able to.

OP - Do what So Live recommends and call up TRM to see if they can tune you DME.

We have a base tune for a 300WHP set up on the 402 403 or 405 ECU and could help you get to your power goals.

That is the limit of that MAF in the 3" housing isn't it?

Totally didnt even think of Miller!!!! Fail on my part! That might be your best bet OP, unless you want to go standalone.
