1991 - 1999 (E36) (1991 - 1999) The first modern 3 Series, the E36, was the model that paved the way for the 3 Series to be named "Car of the Year" every year since the model was driving off showroom floors. Radically redesigned in 1992, the E36 was not the same 3 Series as the E21 and E30. Larger, less boxy in design, and equipped with a dual overhead cam engine, multilink rear suspension, and a more finished interior, the E36 balances sport with luxury.

5 series concept wagon How about the Concept CS

Ok once again E36 Lovers the 5 series concept wagon wasent so hot in every one opinion. We heard every thing from how it looks like a sabaru, to a goofy looking X6. So now i bring you your opinion on the Concept CS. Much bigger than our regular E36's but also another unique BMW invention.

BMW Concept CS

More importantly, where is the clutch pedal?

I want a real manual transmission. Not that I'll be able to afford that car for the next 20 years anyway...

yeah that is a old concept actually. It debuted in early 2007. that car was pretty much the blueprint of the current BMW design language. look at the new 5, 7, and Z4.

I like the body style but the interior does not please me. I don't really like it.

Looks like the VW GC with kidneys. I could never afford one but would drive it, given the chance.
