1991 - 1999 (E36) (1991 - 1999) The first modern 3 Series, the E36, was the model that paved the way for the 3 Series to be named "Car of the Year" every year since the model was driving off showroom floors. Radically redesigned in 1992, the E36 was not the same 3 Series as the E21 and E30. Larger, less boxy in design, and equipped with a dual overhead cam engine, multilink rear suspension, and a more finished interior, the E36 balances sport with luxury.

couple problems with my 92 325i help wanted.

i just bought a 1992 325i with 140k miles 5spd. and im just working on a few probelms. just lookin for some help or advice or other people that have the same problems: feel free to post replies

1. sun roof doenst open. when opening, it like falls of the track and starts pushing down on the head liner.

2. windows. each window doesnt properly close. they dont correctly line up in the rubber on the outside.

3. front blinkers do not stay in. (they were tied in with string by the previous owner) im lookin for a better solution to keep them in place. they shift around while driving

4. as ive posted in a different thread. Turner preformance Chip installed doesnt corectly work. pls post on other thread.

5. over head lights go on randomly sometimes. mainly when i hit bumps in the road or driving fast.

other than that the car is great. thanks guys
