Well, I think he is asking too much...but the ad says to make an offer. With those miles and the recent maintenance done and the set of snow tires on rep contours, I would say its worth $8.5k at the most.

If I was in the market, I would probably offer $7.5k and walk away if he won't come down to $8.5k...it doesnt have the full OBC, the number of miles indicate it wasnt garaged in the winter - it was driven, and aftermarket stereo & alarm.

but still looks like it could be a good deal!

I wonder what "new" springs are?

I'm guessing, "new" to him and the car, but not new out of a factory sealed box.

Thanks for noticing the car!

That is my car and I can answer any questions you have. Feel free to post here or pm/email me directly.

As for the "new" springs - I bought them from another BF member and they had 30k miles when he took off his stock suspension on his 96 M3. I think the Craigslist ad says: >"new" springs - 30k miles< I should have added a better explanation.

As for offers, I am open - come see the car, take it for a drive, let me know what you think.

Thanks!
Dan
