car wont start need some help

i know this isnt that F.I. realated but my car is turboed
so mods please leave this here for a little because this is def the best section for help

my car was running fine
i swaped out the injectors and put a chip in for the injectors i have (custom made but verifyed good)

car ran ok
swaped it out for another chip
car wouldnt start
i thought it was the chip so i put back in the first one

the car still didnt start
i wasnt sure why
it was just cranking

to figure out what was wrong i swaped back for the stock injectors and stock chip

the car still wouldnt start
i thougt it coudl be my ecu because it was corroded and i have been waiting for the day it took a sh*t on me

it threw the codes for a ecu fault 202
and also for a o2 heater relay

so i went out
got a good ecu that i tested on the guys car before i got it

went home car still wont start
this is with a good battery

its just cranking

i pulled a plug the first night and they smelt liek fuel
so im guessing it got fuel

and also pulled one coil and plug to see if it was sparking
and it was

but when i try to start it it just cranks
nothing else
i have been with out a car for a few days now and i decided to ask you guys
maby you can help

any idea what can be wrong?

Just because your smell fuel doesn't mean that you have the right pressure or that the pump is working. I would first verify that the DME is grounding the relay for the fuel pump.
Sounds like a DME issue. I assume the ECU was one that is not EWS?

It doesn't matter which 413/506 he has, as he has a non-EWS harness and chip.
