That video is amazing.

It´s the whining noise! It comes from driver´s side, some window rubber sealing or cooling flap?
I barely drive hard as in this video, just a test, but that noise comes at 180 km/h (110 mph) and that´s a speed easily reachable when in the highway.

i dont really know if it is from the wind coming in the car..but could be the rubbers..just check the condition on them..could be that its not sticking very well
