MD: anyone local with coilovers? and the tool to adjust them?

Hey i was just wondering if anyone local in MD or possibly southern PA, had the coilover wrenches or whatever they are called to raise/lower coilovers. if so what is the possibility of lending them to fellow bf.c member. My bro has H and R coilovers on his e36 m3 that he just bought and we're going to have to raise it a little before it can pass inspection. If anyone has them to lend or knows somewhere i could buy them for fairly inexpensive, please help me out thanks.

they are called spanner wrenches and they are not needed. just use a hammer and a flat head screw driver.
