Z3 (E36/7, E36/8) (1996 - 2002) In 1996 BMW added the Z3 to the lineup. First available only with the 1.9 liter engine, the Z3 went on to carry every 6 cylinder produced between 1996 and 2002. A fun, sporty little 2 seater came both in convertible and coupe form. Being a bit of a “parts bin” car, the Z3 is part E30, part E36, but all original.

I joined the Mcoupe family

I picked up my 99 M coupe last Friday from Michigan. Here are some pics and I couldn't be any more happy.

And this is it's close cousin that gets to stay in the garage. It will be tough to decide which is the weekend toy now.

nice acquisition, I think those are some Enkei wheels. We should get together sometime for an M Coupe photo-shoot.

The wheels look familiar, was the car listed on autotrader? Congratulations.

Welcome... Very nice Coupe and drop-dead sexy E30 M3! Looks like it's already sorted with at least a few mods.

I'm digging the NT03s.

Congratulations on the coupe. It looks nice. Not a fan of those wheels though. My buddy just got the same wheels for his E46 M3 and I have to bite my lip every time I see them.

Michigan? That car was for sale in Georgia (I think) for a while. It was on Autotrader with those same pictures.

Congrats on the purchase! The cousin looks very nice as well.

Nice coupe! Welcome to the Coupe + "real" M3 club. I have to say my M3 pretty much languishes in storage since I got the coupes, but it is tremendous fun to take out when I have the chance. Thankfully its gaining value like nobody's business.

I tried to buy another silver M (only 20K miles) from Utah and it went to a person in Michigan. Tried to buy a black M (48K mi) from Cali and it went to somebody in Michigan. What's going on in Michigan?
