Brake Fluid Light/ Brakes sticking

2 issues, not sure if they are related.
Occasionally under heavy braking my "brake fluid" light comes on. When i checked the brake fluid reservoir, the brake fluid level was fine. Is my fluid low?

When the brakes are warm occasionally they will stick to the rotor when I am completely stationary. It's not clamped hard it's just a slight grab to the rotor allowing me to be able to take my foot off of the brake when the car is in neutral on a slight hill.
Is this a common issue?

At first I thought your thread said brake light fluid, and I thought it was a joke. Did you do any brake work recently? Maybe lines need to be bled? Sticking might be your e brake.

While ther could be other causes of the brakes sticking, the most common cause is one or more sticky calipers. Rebuilding or replacing them is the fix.

If the level is fine in the reservoir, the level sensor is probably bad.

Brakes drag a little, but enough to hold the car while on a hill (even slight) is too much... time for a caliper rebuild.
