E39 Climate Control IKHA- Anyone? 2000-2003

Hello-
I bought an extra 2001 E39 climate control unit for parts, but dont need it and feel it may not be necessary. All LEDs work great, very good shape, only problem is left drivers heat button is stuck? I never could figure out how to fix it, nor took the time. Also MAX A/C button falls off. Everything else is very good, no scratches..clean unit.

I will include fedex it 2 day air to anyone who wants it, and perhaps you can make it like new. Again, no cracked buttons, or anything else I can think of..except listed above. Would like mid $50- range for it..let me know if you think its fair, noticed ebay had anywhere form $85-200.00

Is the LCD in good shape? My cars control panel has a pixel line not working and would like to replace it. Are all the buttons accounted for? I would like to replace a few buttons on my control panel too that are broken. I need the following buttons...
Passenger temp up
Passenger temp down
REST
Rear defrost button.

Love to make a deal if you have all the pieces..
