Fog light issue. Need help

My fogs are driving my absolutely insane. I run 6k HID headlights and 6k HID fogs. I just redid all the wiring in the fogs and both of them flicker (driver side much more then the passenger).

I need ideas on what the hell is wrong with them.

Where is the Fog Light relay?

Could be the check system sending small amounts of engergy to the lights to check resistance causing the lower than factory resistance HID's to flicker...

I think you can have the check fog system turned off via programming.

Just a thought, but do you use the error code eliminator adapters?

I had three sets of ballasts going into today and three sets of bulbs. I tested all the ballasts and only one was broken and one bulb was blown so I definitely had a working set connected.

The dealer could program the computer or any indy shop with the GT1 software.

The code eliminator can be bought a DDM if I am not mistaken. I am sure there are others that sell it as well. try Google!

is this the case with fog lights?

i'm not sure you're able to select whether or not to run cold/hot checks individually.

plenty of people have been helped by their dealers - they're not all operated in the same manner.
