LTW's? For some reason when people post LTW's I think of Style 29's that were on the M-tech 325. Lucky for you the M3 wheels will fit flawlessly. The style 5's will require hub centric rings and probably spacers.

They won't require spaces, as spacers will push them out further, hubcentric rings are really easy to come by. Most aftermarket wheels have a cb of 74.1 unless they are 72.56 BMW specific wheels.(i have a bunch of new hub rings for sale $17 shipped-shameful plug)

go with something that is a 5x120mm with about 40mm of offset. Also watch out that some wheels have a very small opening for the lug bolts, in some cases you can go to a stud conversion and run a tuner style lug nut (which I aslo have..okay enough of these plugs)

Is there any reason in particular that you want a staggered setup? If you just did a lot of suspension work, then a square tire setup will compliment that nicely. If you're going for looks, then I won't try to change your mind.

Nice slam however I would suggest cleaning up the lower faded gray and getting some fogs when you get your shoes. I would say stick with a silver/polished as opposed to black rims for one, and actually your ride may look better without a lip...

Style 29s have a meshed pattern .

I've got a set, see sig.

Definitely make your own choice though, that said, nice lowered stance.

everyone is throwing out wheels but no one has asked what kind of set up he is looking for.

OP are you looking for the stretched tire and slammed look or do you want to be slammed and tuck as much tire under as possible? that will really make a difference in the wheel you want to run and size and offset.

also what coilovers?
