'03 325xi tail light assembly
My question is about the connectors which are in the assembly to the wiring harness. Where can I obtain the harness and connectors? It appears the only problem is the turn signal connectors (tabs both male & female) are burned out. Oh, and if I appear to be unaware of current terminology please enlighten me. Help me out friends!

It's a fairly common repair, the dealer should have the electrical connectors. Unless it's super bad, you can usually re-use the plastic housing. You'll also need to add a ground wire to keep it from happening again. The ground wire gets extended from it's current position in the plastic housing, put a new electrical connector on it and connected to the lug on the tail light housing.

Any advice I may give here is - at best - tongue-in-cheek, and just as likely outright offensive. I've been doing this for a long time and I usually have a pretty good idea of that which I speak - but not always. So break out your grain of salt and try to keep up.

Is this the piece you need? Pc. 3 in the oem drawing below? The metal tabs are corroded? Please confirm. If so.....it's 35 bux at ECSTuning.com...
