1991 - 1999 (E36) (1991 - 1999) The first modern 3 Series, the E36, was the model that paved the way for the 3 Series to be named "Car of the Year" every year since the model was driving off showroom floors. Radically redesigned in 1992, the E36 was not the same 3 Series as the E21 and E30. Larger, less boxy in design, and equipped with a dual overhead cam engine, multilink rear suspension, and a more finished interior, the E36 balances sport with luxury.

passenger side parking light trouble

So, My parking lights are not working on my passenger side on the front and rear. The turn signal works on the front and brake lights, reverse, and turn signal works on the rear and all my fuses are good i've checked. What could cause this issue? A relay?

I am having the exact same issue! I still have not figured out what it is, but mine is on the drivers side instead. Only thing a friend of mine thought of is the light switch in the dash could be the fault. I haven't changed it yet because I'm having bigger issues with my car at the time. I'll let you know if anything comes up in the meantime.

Thumbs up I fixed my light problem

Mine was a fuse, #33 for the drivers side. Check your fuse box and look at the diagram for your passenger side lights. Maybe there is your problem.

LOL I'm just glad we got it figured out. I knew it had to be either that switch or a FUSE of all things. I never would have found either one out had it not been for my buddy Jonathan. He's on the forums here http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...r.php?u=220987. Known the guy for many years, good with bimmers.
