Coming home from philly last night and...

This Happened. I was in the fast lane going about 65 70 mph and a stupid bitch comes down the on ramp and straight into the fast lane. Now mind you this was 230 am and there was NOT a single car on the road besides us. Had to swerve to not hit her. The left rear tire blew on debris on the side of the road, did a 360 took out two signs and came to rest as I hit a building on the side of the road.
Right rear damage (heavy)
Right rear hub shot
Right front fender
right front tire pushed back 2 to 3 in
Rear window gone
3 rims "ripped" open from curbing

Yes, and the cop gave me a ticket for fucking Careless driving!!!!!!! I swear if i see that cop WADDLING down the street one day im gona smack him. He said i was making up the other car cutting me off and i was driving at a high rate of speed. But yet he didnt see any of it. It took the cops 2 hours to get there.

Yes ive already made the compaint against the cop. He was put on "administrative leave"
I dont what im going to do yet, The body/frame is still strait, Needs a 1/4 panel, a fender, suspention parts and rims.
Oh and back window.
I have 3 e34 donor cars at my buddys shop so.....
Are there people intersed in parts if i part it out?

pick up garretts 540/6! same color and everything! swap any necessary parts and then part the rest. Will insurance cover any of it or are you only on liability?

So sorry to hear and glad you're not seriously injured though from what I know of the E34 it'd take a lot to end up really hurt.

One time I was run off the road by a State Contracted Plow Truck in a Blizzard. The road was covered in snow and it was dark. He wa strying to get into position with the other plows forming a wedge and was cutting across lanes to get ahead of me. I was in a van which was financed at the time. It was clear we would collide if I didn't take evasive action.. I ended up fish tailing when someone came flying down in the lane into which I had jumped to avoid being hit by the Mack Tractor with a huge Orange Plow . I nicked the guardrail and dinged the van . I got his plate and filed a report..

It is normal proceedure if you;re found at fault to notify you by mail. Both the state and the Ins.Co. are supposed to do this.. As I desribed above I could not in any way have been at fault. I may have saved as mnay as four lives but cost my Vehicle damage..

I had two moving violations at that time and this accident I reported which I was NOT informed had been blamed on me triggered an automatic suspension.. which I was also not informed about.. Yes they had my address becasue I had re-registered my van and got it in the mail.. so I was pulled over for a faulty blinker one night and arrested for d riving on a suspended licence... I got it dropped but still I got blamed for someone else's recklessness. Fight the ticket and ask if there are any traffic cameras where this happened

hhhhhmmmmm, Ill have to look into that. I only have liability. They wouldnt even pay for the tow truck. I hate geico.

Yea i did hate those rims, I got 10 of those rims with the car. Im def not short on rims but they do have to go at some point.


Well i got in the garage and up on jack stands. It looks like the thrust arm on the right front is bent, The "lower control arm" in the right rear (Not shur what to call the part.) is bent.
Frame/body is still square, Exhaust is a little beat up also.

The dumb ass grabbed his FLARES. I walked over to him grabbed the flares out of his hands a launched them into the woods. Then the jack ass acctualy tried to arrest me. That didnt go over so well for him. Hes no longer a cop because of that. The fucker tryed blowin us up!

The damn rear window shattered. SOMETHING back there flexed. Go ahead and fix it and find out if it drives straight. Its not even worth as a whole what it would cost to fix that rear quarter. TOTAL waste of money. Christ... its a green automatic 94 540, probably complete with nikasil block. Let it go.
