Minus the wheels, its a '91 318is. Lots of recent maintenance, coilovers, etc. If all goes well I'll be flying out the first or second week of December to go pick it up.

Flight leaves Tulsa Int'l at 6am, have two layovers, and should arrive in Newark around 3:35pm.

Will stay in NJ friday night and head back Saturday morning. Here is the build thread if you are interested.

Made it back to T-town yesterday about 2:30. I did Newark to St Louis on Saturday, just under 1000 miles!

Car ran great and drives awesome. Just needs some wheels and a decent stereo and it will be good to go.

I need to get some decent ones. I've got one crappy iPhone pic I took at an Arby's parking lot somewhere in OH, at night.

Also need to wash all the bugs/road grime off the car as well.

Witnessed the 318ness last night and I must say it is the cleanest E30 I have seen in a long time. The group of guys that gave it the once over for Buddy did some nice work. If you are looking for a clean E30 give Buddy a call and he can hook you up with these guys, they will find you a car and perform all required maintenance, upgrades, or anything custom for you before you take delivery. Nice setup.

However, I still don't believe for a second that this car will remain just a DD, it has project written all over it...

Was planning to this weekend, then the rain hit.

It's going to Rennsport tomorrow. I'm hoping the unholy racket I'm hearing from the timing case is the new timing chain tensioner having failed as opposed to the car needing sprockets/chains/etc. Which should run me $850ish in parts and labor.

Weak sauce.
