Trust me, take it to a local ulphostery shop. I've done a few seat covers before and while it can be done, it's a pain. The seats I've done weren't real leather either. I'll have to assume stretching real leather over the curves of the seat will make it a nightmare. It was a pain stretching synthetic leather and fabric over the seats I've done and they have ALOT more stretchability. Professionals have steamers and other tricks up their sleeves to do the job in less than half the time it'll take you. There's a local upholstery shop in Sumter, SC (down the street from the AF base, same side, heading into town towards W-Mart from Charleston). If you hit W-Mart, you've gone way too far. The old guy's rates are incredibly cheap. And his work is incredible! I was stationed there for 3 years, '02-'05
