With Redfive because she was actually running. My friend Nick took these photos and cleaned them up, but the really good ones need to be run thru PS to fix the color difference in the driver's door. Most of the time its not noticeable to the eye, but the overcast conditions really made it stand out on "film".
First the rolling shots.

Out of the stills, I like the ones that show the whole car with the graffiti in the background.
#2 from the in-motion and #30 or #31. Well done!
OH LAWD! That looks so sexy. I need to hear the sound of and see that car again in person.
Any of the stills looks exceptional (especially 23, 24, and 29. 15, 2, or 3 really stand out among the rolling shots. Make sure you post up some hi-res versions of them at some point.
Also, is it my imagination or did you replace your driver side front door at some point? The paint doesn't look quite matched.
ahhh the beautiful fall shades of red.......all on one car
car is lookin mighty fine Justin
don't think anyone else will say, but number 17 is one of the most "artistic" ones. I love how it shows the spoke design even though its a rolling shot.
very nice. def desktop worthy
I like your hellrot drivers door.

13 / 18 does it for me.
Any write-up on those hood vents?
Great shots! 23 and 28 are my fav's, but then any of them are calendar worthy. Not sure about 15 though. It looks like it's got a nut hanging out of a short leg with that muffler.... It's probably just the lighting and angle.
I'm in love
writeup the hood vents...bit if I put them on my car they wouldn't look as good...may e if they were silver? Or a different shade of black would work
but ur car...good god...sex on wheels
you're consuming all of my hard drive space thanks for that.
Thanks for the compliments. After all the pain my car has put me thru it was nice to have a positive day where nothing really bad happened.
Considering the last time you heard the car it had broken pistons and died as coming off the track, I think you deserve to see and ride in it again.
Most of the car was repainted 15+ years ago before I got it. For some reason the paint got darker as it aged. The driver door had some rot on it, so I traded it out for a door with the exact same paint code. Unfortunately, it didn't match. Most of the time it is barely noticeable. You have to know about it to see it. I think the lighting Sunday made it stand out. A sunnier day would have hid it. Notice how the door is the same color as the side skirt. That is also the correct color of Cinnabar.
Thanks Mike. I know that since you've seen it in person you know you can't tell there is a color difference.
Its Cinnabar.
There was a brief write up back in April. Basically I bought some generic carbon fiber vents from Racer Parts Wholesale and had Sports Car Restoration very carefully cut the hood so that it didn't have to be repainted. Total cost was around $600. The tricky part is the alignment and avoiding the hood bracing.
That's straight dry weave carbon fiber. You can paint them whatever color you want.
Do you want the link to the hi-res photos? Those are bigger...
