Cliff's notes - Interior = $1,000, 325i suspension $500, Shell $1,500.
I have disassembled the mechanical parts that I need from my 95 M3 and it is time to sell what's left. The car was set up with a Chevy LS2/T56 drive train and everything is being swapped into my 92 4 door 325i body.

The car is in the same condition as those pictures and is in good overall condition. The car is dusty from sitting in the pics posted in this thread.
I am going to swap in the suspension and gas tank (with pump and senders) from the 325i into the M3 to make it a roller. I am selling the engine, transmission and other drive train parts in other threads.
I would prefer to sell the M3 as a whole, but I can also not install the suspension parts if someone doesn't want them. PM or e-mail me if you are interested. The car would obviously need to be towed so figure how you can get it from zip code 60540 to where you want it. I am not going to part it out unless it does not sell as a whole after a while.
- The Car has clean title and 130,xxx miles on it
- The rear subframe reinforcements have been seam welded and the RTAB mounting points have been welded
- The shifter opening has been cut as shown
- The transmission tunnel has been clearanced with a BFH
- The car has no gas pedal and no clutch or brake pedal
- The ABS pump has been relocated (it is not installed in the pics but you can see the relocated bracket)
- The auxiliary fan and its support is gone
- The 325i suspension has no rear shocks and the springs are shot
I am sure there are other details that I am leaving out, but that should cover most of it.

you are asking a bit much for a car that needs a TON of work to come back together IMHO. Interested, but not at that pricing.

As for the price I had to start somewhere and that seemed to be reasonable for what I have. That price is with a complete interior, which I would be happy to remove. I can also remove the suspension and make it a shell.
