1999 - 2005 (E46) (1999 - 2005) Starting in 1999 the E46 3 Series picked up where the E36 left off. Larger, with smoother lines, and with more advanced engines than its predecessor, the E46 easily held the title of "Best Car of the Year" throughout its life.

Style 40 M Roadstar on '00 328i?

The front tires are 225/45-17 and rear 245/40-17 Kumho ECSTA ASX. I guess the wheels are 7.5x17 and 9x17 - haven't heard back from seller. Will these work without any spacers or different lug bolts, or fender rolling?
My 3828i is stock in height and brakes, running the usual 17x8 Style 44s.
Thanks in advance!

Sorry - yes, I was wondering if they'd fit without any spacers or different lug bolts, or fender rolling?

Lugs should be gtg...but we gotta figure out what the offset is...

Actually, I think they'll fit fine...but lets check out the offset.

I think you may be able to go up to 255's in theback with no rub or roll o the fenders.....but larger, and you would have to roll them.

If I wasn't lazy I would swap the wheels from my m roadster and put em on the 325, but truth is I'm lazy. I also don't think they will look good, especially with the rear wheels having a nice dish and lip.

front 7.5x17 offset 41
rear 9x17 offset 8 - I thought that had to be a typo, but I guess not.

Not having seen them in person, I don't know about the amount of dish/lip. I have a staggered set of Alpinas 16" on my E28 but the difference is only ~12mm offset front vs. back. Lip is good, no?

I've seen them on an E46 even though in theory they should NOT fit. The fronts will fit fine, but the rears have way too low of an offset. Bolt pattern is a-ok though.

The fronts would fit, the rears will not fit, whatsoever. Maybe on an M, with a stretch, but definitely not a non-M. I put one on the back just to see a while back, and it stuck out a good 2" further than the body. Looked like a lowrider.

if they fit an e36 they will fit an e46

however, you will need to run some stretched tires and roll your fenders.

Yeah, it's looks spaced a bit too far out for my tastes, at least on the wagon pictured above. Thanks for your help!

When it comes to people spending good money on stuff, I highly recommend you don't put in your two cents unless you know what you are talking about.

SB I love you, but you're starting to sound mean like me.

Like I said, I put them on my car, without tires on them, they stuck out an absurd amount, there is NO way they'd fit an E46 without widebody rear flares. No amount of stretching would make them fit. Do you know if that E36 owner did any other modifications to make them tuck? I doubt it's as simple as a stretch and rolling.
