can somebody identify this part please?
I understand that it is a resistor that controls the condenser electric fans speed. does anybody know how its called? or have the part number?

Those part numbers you posted don't really follow the formatting of most BMW part numbers.
A google search didn't turn up anything. A Pelican Parts search didn't turn up anything. Hate to say it, but I'm stumped. Can you post a better photo of the part number stickers? (use the macro mode on your camera - the little flower symbol)

Looks like a water valve (I see that it's not, but it kinda looks like one)
8 382 225 = last 7 of BMW part number 1 137 328 060 944 = bosch(?) part number. What area of the car did it come from?

Any advice I may give here is - at best - tongue-in-cheek, and just as likely outright offensive. I've been doing this for a long time and I usually have a pretty good idea of that which I speak - but not always. So break out your grain of salt and try to keep up.
