Help me with my winter/summer setup (95 M3 w/ DS1 and Contours)

I recently picked up a set of staggered 17" M Contours, which I was planning on refinishing and mounting my snow tires on. For tires, I got a set of 1-season used 205/50/17 Blizzak LM-22s for $50. I couldn't pass them up.

I was wondering about the 8.5" wide rears, though. Is 205/50/17 gonna be too skinny for those?

The stock 17x7.5 DS1's on the car now have 2 worn rear tires (235/40/17 Kumho SPTs). The front tires are almost new. Here are my options-

1)Mount the 205/50/17 Blizzaks on the staggered Contours
2)Mount 2 Blizzaks, and buy 2 new larger-sized for the rear
3)Mount the Blizzaks on the 7.5" DS1's for winter, get two more 8.5" Contours and new summer tires for those (or just run the staggered set....but I would like less understeer)

What do you think?

Oh, and also....a couple of the Contours are missing the little M emblems near the holes. Can you get those somewhere new?
