528i Airbox silencer delete question.
Anyone have pictures of the part to remove to do this?
Seems popular opinion is this produces the CAI sound without damaging performance or wasting money, but id rather not just start yanking parts. Search brought up the proper thread but the images weren't there anymore.

sweet thanks, now i know what am looking to get rid of.
Anyone actually do any measurements of the difference? I doubt anyone actually dyno'd the difference, but the sound is all i'm really looking for. Peoples butt dyno seems to suggest a little better throttle response but who knows.

just yanked it, butt dyno says more pep, and there is a little bit of a low rumble that wasn't there before, not a huge change, but a subtle one.
Took about 20 mins of fussing to get out the air box, then about 2 seconds to get the horn out. Simple and easy process.
