FS: 1999 16' x 80' Mobile Home in Auburn, AL

My wife and I just bought a new house. We're selling our trailer, just wanted to let you guys in the area know.

It's a 1999 model, 16' x 80' Southwood (or maybe Southview, can't remember). It's 3 bedroom, 2 bath. The master suite is big, with dual vanity sinks, garden tub big enough for two, and separate shower stall. The kitchen/living room area is very large and open, with an island in the kitchen, and plenty of cabinet and counter space. The trailer has all Frigidaire appliances including fridge (side-by-side), stove, dishwasher, and over-the-stove microwave. There is a washer/dryer area next to the back door (washer/dryer not included). My father-in-law also installed a security system with siren, front/back door contacts, and a glass break sensor in the front bedroom. The home is carpet throughout, except for the kitchen, and laundry areas, which have beautiful laminate hardwood floors.

The trailer is move-in ready, and is located in Windover Farm trailer park in Auburn, just off of exit 51. Lot rent is $180, and includes lawn service. There is also a covered front deck, and enough room to park three cars (or four if you squeeze). The neighborhood is quiet, and the lots are big.

We're asking $13,500 or best offer. This is a steal considering most of the other homes in our neighborhood are asking $15,000+. There's nothing wrong with the home. We got a great deal on it because it sat empty for a few months, and we're trying to sell it quick because we've already moved out. This is a great house for students, or a first home for a new family or new couple. There are no liens on the home, in case you were wondering.

We are also offering finder's fees, or referral fees, or a birddog fee, whatever you want to call it. We will give cash money to anyone who brings us a buyer, up to $500 depending on what the final sale price is (i.e. if we get our $13,500 asking price, the referral fee is $500. If we get $12,500, then the fee will probably be $400). My e-mail is white94rx@aol.com, and my cell is 334-444-2479. I have a few pictures on my computer. E-mail or PM me if you want me to send them to you.
