I dont understand
Klick on the picture of the Bentley seats and compare it with yours! What do you notice?
And in adtdtion to that: http://hilbornmotorcar.com/about.html
"Hilborn Motors has worked in conjunction with many design firms. We trimmed the first prototype that GM outsourced; this opened the door for the outsourcing of their interior design work. We also Prototyped BMW’s 850 coupe with the seat belt integrated in the seat backrest. This is the seat used in the Bentley Azure and the Rolls-Royce Corniche."
Good spot Harry, I knew about the seats being used in RR cars too but that's the first time I've seen pictures. They look to have a bit more padding that the BMW version - probably to better accomodate that middle age weathy behind ;-)
Well heheheheh ain't that special....
Interesting pic there..thanks!
Yup they are the same seat indeed. Other parts shared include the transmission (5hp30) used in the Aston Martin DB7, Bentley Arnage, and Rolls Royce Silver Seraph.
Our cars shared a few parts with some nice cars =)
The object of war is a more perfect peace.
The head rest goes up and down on those so ????
They do on ours too. The headrests' height cannot be adjusted manually, but it changes with the position of the seat to adjust for smaller and taller drivers. It's part of the SGS Sitzintegrierte Gurtsystem (Seat Integrated Belt System). Check the position of the headrest in the picture below:
