My first E34 - 1995 alpine on black 5spd DINAN

picked her up a few weeks ago. 170k miles.

the good: dinan exhaust, dinan chip, k&n intake, 1-owner. found the original delivery documents in the (immaculate) trunk, NICE interior with a bavauto cf shiftknob and new speakers/deck. it tracks straight even on the worn suspension. it may have been painted before but alpine is the original color and it looks bright and white!

issues are: cracked headlights and foglights, sagging headliner, needs an ac fan. already ordered new door seals since the fabric is coming unglued.. some rust on the a pillar and under the passenger mirror.

wheels included are throwing stars with pirelli p zero neros. passenger rear cover needs to be swapped/traded (HELP!!) for the appropriate side.

plans are maint, coilovers, refinish the t-stars (alpine centers/polished lip), replace the cracked headlights and foglights and add hid, cover the headliner and rear shelf with black suede, and fix the AC.

maybe some dished 3-pc wheels later, i have mitos on my e36 m3.

my good friend is cruising this for at least 6 months.. i might take it back in a little while.

IT FEELS LIKE A BIG E36!!! the 8 cylinder sips fuel and really gets going in the high rpm's. a few worrisome noises here and there, need to get it completely checked out but its solid for now!

here are a few pictures from the night i picked her up:

Looks good

my opinion, polished lips on t-stars look sweel, but not with alpine centers

throwing stars are easy enough to refinish.. alpine one week silver the next. just a can, sandpaper and time.

Nice pick up!

Look into Hella Euro smileys from Seventhstoned (dude on the forum) or elsewhere.

You know what to do on the headliner and blower motor.

With the door sills the trick is to cut up on old seal, like an inch or so, and insert it under the door sill on the bottom. You don't really see it and you can stuff the corner back in.

Weird about the rust.
