FS: Cables for snow/ice

I bought a pair of cables last winter on the way up Donner's Pass in California... I wound up turning around and not even using them. The clearance to the fender was a bit too close for comfort with my 245's and GC track/school coilovers.

They are Glacier Chains brand, come with a nice storage/carrying bag, and they apparently fit most passenger car wheels from 14-18" diameter. I can check to see if your tires will fit... just give me the size. Oh, the stock number (in case you want to look it up yourself) is 1034. I think I paid ~75.

I'll let them go for 45 shipped.

As long as your tire has a decent amount of clearance with the fender, you should be OK. My car has less than a finger width clearance, for reference. The cables really aren't that thick, but they will not fit snugly and perfectly up against the tire, so there needs to be some room for that.

With that being said, the sizes listed for 15" wheels are below:
205/65/15
205/70/15
205/75/15
215/60/15
215/65/15
225/55/15
225/60/15
235/55/15
AND OTHER SIZES

All the sizes can be checked here http://www.pewagchain.com/traction%20catalog%2009.pdf

I am not sure I could verify the clearance, as I don't have experience running these cables, especially on your setup. They are fairly thin, but I am not sure how much they may or may not 'balloon out' or how snug you can get them to the tire/wheel assembly.

I can still take a look if you would like, but I'm no pro.

EDIT: oh, my email is my screen name at hotmail dot com
