Unique 2BR 2.5 BA luxury condo in prestigious 26 story building with only 63 residences. No renters allowed in this luxury building. Actually, I had a hard time taking a nighttime view shot because of the lightning but it was cool to catch it.

Done. Thanks for fixing the title. I was not trying to hide anything - but another forum I posted to does not allow edits in FS posts, so I left the price out.

I am a commercial broker so I can help with the paperwork or I am more than happy to work with a buyer who has a buyers agent and will protect them on their fee. If you know anyone in the market for a place please pass them my way. I am about $8,000 apart on price on the new home and I suspect that gap will be closed over the next few days.

Also - before I get the lecture on "staging" the condo for sale, I will tidy things up quite a bit before it is out officially on the market.

I was going to say that place is way to cluttered, throw half that furniture out.

I wish we could get something like that on this side of the states.

Send them off to boarding school, no need to wait until they are in college. Phillips Academy will help them get into a good college.

Thanks. Don't know your dad. I (mostly) only do tenant rep office leasing, don't have much interaction with the appraisal community though I will give him a ring if I ever need that service.
