Instrument Cluster/ Gauge Lights?

Okay so I just recently acquired a 540i that previously belonged to Analog on here after doing some looking around. Okay so the lights in the gauge cluster do not work but the CEL,Blinkers,Brights, and all that work. This is my first BMW and dont know a whole lot about them but was told it was just 1 bulb in the cluster that was blown and then itll work. Is this true? Also checked the fuses and all look good. Also sorry if this is the wrong section Im obviously a noob on this forum lol

Im gonna have to find a way to squeeze the cluster out because I think I read somewhere the steering column may have had some previous damage to it and I cant figure out how to tilt it down. But basically its just like any other cluster with a bunch of small bulbs?

Telescope the wheel all the way out, you should have just enough wiggle
room to pull the cluster.
Bulbs are cheap and easy to get.

You could, and for something cheap like that it's fine.
But check pelicanparts or BMA. These are good places for parts.
