OEM 18" Style 65 (E39 M5) staggered wheels/tires

Just picked up some 19s so I am selling my OEM E39 M5 style 65s, staggered setup.

I would have to say they are in a 7/10 condition, maybe a little better. There is curb rash on two of the wheels, and the others have some chipping and scuffing that is not out of line with wheels that are 7 years old. The fronts have some pitting from brake dust, one is a little worse than the other. Nonetheless, they clean up really nice overall. There are no bends or cracks and the car drives great with no wobble or vibration, so they are true as you would expect with a forged wheel like this.

Tires are Kumho Ecsta SPT all around. REARS ARE SHOT and will need to be replaced. Fronts have ~50% tread remaining.

As far as I know, they haven't been. I am the 4th owner of the car though, so I can't be sure. I asked the P/O when I noticed the chipping, and he said he was pretty sure they hadn't been.

They do look pretty light in the pics, but they actually look darker in person. Maybe that's why you were asking?

Having said that, they seem to have a powdercoat layer under the paint, you can see where it is chipped. Odds are, if these were refinished at some point, the base black layer would have been lacquered....

Honestly though, I can't tell you for absolute certain....
