If Carlsberg Did Engine Bays... (M20 Content)

it would probably look something like this:

thats about all the DIY that can be done lol waiting on a chrome oil cap to arrive and thinking of getting a fancy pants polished adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge along with some other wee treats to further the cause under the bonnet. also still to finish and install the "airbox" over the filter and connect up the air feed to it along with more stainless nuts/bolts, etc..

Is there a upper and lower manifold? The lower manifold equalizing the runner length? Because there is a huge discrepancy in runner length on that upper.

Looks good BTW.

The paint they use on Burger King seats are the same as you used in your engine bay...lol.

Looks cool though, my friend's intake manifold is done in that.

No, I'm talking about the intake manifold, where towards the inside of the "C" the runners are shorter.

ehh? its just a stock M20 inlet manifold.. its 1 peice but the runners continue below what u can see and equal out before they mate to the head.

only downside is it makes lining up the cover and gasket ever so slightly more tricky since there are now no studs in the top of the head to keep the gasket in place, no biggie tho.

got a mirror finish CNC machined oil cap the other day which isnt in those pics. going to be adding more chrome/high polished alloy and anodised stuff so its only gonna get better

all is not lost on looks either.. im awaiting a copy of an alpina b3 chip to replace my unknown spec venom motorsport chip and have a few other go faster goodies lined up. in the process of attempting to make my own downpipe back system with middle silencer delete and probably only slim straight thru's in place of the big bulky muffler. should increase power a little (hoping she breathes easier in the high revs more than anything) and also cut down on some weight.

pics with the cap on:

It looks very good, i love all the new colors. The only thing that is WAY overboard, is the painted hose clamps hahaha.

very clean but the speckled paint looks like something out of a 80's minitruck.

keep up the good work.
