Hello, well the new compressor is in but was told by my BMW car guy that I needed to change out the reciever / dryer. On my '93 850 is this it? ( NOTE: Cool Phoenix Engineering Tensioner eh?)
![]() I bought this from Autohaus thinking it was the right part, I gave them the PN from RealOEM and this is what I recieved: ![]() They're not the same as you can see. So, fellow 8'ers of the world, what the heck is the first picture, and or do I have the wrong part or Where the bloody hell does that big Chingas in the second picture go? ![]() |

you will also want to replace the expansion valve - relatively cheap, but a very good idea.
