Hey guys, well i finally am about to put my e36 on the road. after weeks of working allot. well i remember i was surfing the vwvortex looking at mk2 stuff like usual, when i fell across people with these coilovers, raceland, and apparently they mk2 scene and mk3 scene gave it decent reviews, and i mean for the price you never know. I am just wondering if anyone here has ever used these coilovers ? or heard of them ?
posted this here and not in the e36 section, but this place is all about stance

This product is intended to be used only in race cars and or show vehicles. The Raceland coil over kit is not to be installed in vehicles driven on public roads.
lololololololololol
well apparently the vw guys seem to say it rides better then the average 700 dollar coilover set
i never thought raceland had great quality products I have seen some of there stuff coming from the vw scene myself, I would not buy. You get what you pay for.

anyone else?
probably going to be like any other budget coilover system. im sure theyre not terrible. if custom spring rates were an option, i'd buy some.
wow that is cheap! i wonder if they're worth a damn
that artic silver sedan looks nice with them
i ordered my set 3 days ago. i'll let you know when i get them in
Hmmm... Interesting.
that looks like its installed wrong at least the rear spring does
There was another looooong thread on these. They are not M3 compatible according to raceland. Most of the "tech guys" on here did not approve....
My friend has these sitting in his garage waiting to be installed on his e36 coupe. The build quality doesn't look bad. Once he installs them and we see how they ride, I might end up getting a set myself if I can fit them to my m3.
thats right, they are not M3 compatable. and as for the tech guys, I'd rather spend the 300bucks that they cost and find out for myself considering they offer a 2month money back guarentee if you are not happy with them as well as a 2year warranty if anything goes wrong with them.
No they are right because you want the adjustable camber plates to be on top of the spring.
Are these compatible with "early" suspension E36's?
If they are, I am definitely going to keep an eye on them...
