Old and new side by side.

Have to say I and very happy with the end result.

The holes for the injectors will be machined after welding so there is no distortion to the injector seat and finished with a custom fuel rail.

The starting point.

It will replace the stock intake and bolt straight on, well that's the plan

This one will be under wraps for a while but I'm on it
I'm wondering if it would be possible to retrofit a similar cooler with the current manifold? making plates that would allow you to run the cooling tubes through the stock/dinan manifold? Just a thought, the tubes may have to be smaller....? Great work on this!

I don't think that would be viable there are too many issues to over come.

Are you going to market and sell this piece? If so, have you arrived at pricing? Very interested.

I am sure it does but , boy does it look like a Lichtenstein in aluminum or what.... Way to go Matt...Let me get kinks out of my car and then tell me where to go to acquire one, I have a an idea of selling my wife into slavery and then I can rent the bedroom out and maybe come up with the 1st payment towards the after cooler....

Very well done, Matt. How much does it weigh in comparison to the plastic OEM? I am still puzzled by no info on if and maybe when this will be available, and at what price. You have many people interested. Your skills are second to none.

I pick the final parts up in 30min so I can weigh it up then but it will not be much heavier then the plastic one. But don't forget on top of that you have the cores at 1lb each and then the water to allow for.

As for availability, well nothing really to stop us making another now, but individual units are an expensive way to machine and this has a lot of machining. Cost hmmmm Dirty11 in his previous post was pretty close I think

Final part of the puzzle.

It's MILLER time

Yes like the T/S system it's limited in application when it comes to the choice supercharger.

My designs don't restrict the choice of forced induction. S/C or Turbo.

Don't forget a similar setup for this series of engine Matt .
Twin Turbonetics GTK 550's in place, now just need to join all the dots.
Regards Andrew.

Yes I know I have a few ideas though it will not be a monster 12 core good for 1800hp as the Mercury's is

Coming along nicely.

Once it's all welded up it will be of to be soda blasted to give it an even satin finish.

Then the custom fuel rail.

Also coming along nicely is the 52 Mercury's monster 12 core to suit the LS1 with twin turbos.
