15k is very fair.
I say don't sell it. You will probably regret it with the amount of work you put into it.
Selling it for a good cause (your business) but if you can keep and still find another way i say do that. I don't even know you but the work put into it is something that you will sorely miss... KEEP IT!

I agree. The general consensus that everyone always has is that they always regret selling their M3.
Once gone, you'd be very very hard pressed to get it back...and even in the same exact condition as you left it.
