People that work there must be retarded.
After 5 weeks of sending stuff back and forth I have gotten:
E36 sedan smoked corners the first time (that is not even close)
E46 coupe smoked corners for an 02+ (screw-in style) try and fail #2
E46 coupe clear corners for an 01 today (yeah these are actually the first ones that will fit too bad they are clear and not smoked like I ordered) try and fail #3.
I have experienced similar issues. So have 2 of my friends...

Never had problems with them.
Also, there's a vendor comments section where this would be more appropriate.

never had a problem with them once
ive never had any issues with them
I looked into it.
Seems there was a mapping issue on the database that translates customer orders on the website into the pick list from Quickbooks.
I took care of it and we have a new process that checks each order at 4 separate points to try to keep this kind of crap to a minimum.
Long story short, your order gets resubmitted and the same p/n translation goes wrong again and again and not just for you. This was a recent glitch as we are instituting a new part number system and loading all of it into a database that has to interface between the shopping cart and Quickbooks.
We were all about ready to fire/kill/burn at the stake multiple warehouse people. Then we found the error and changed the process.
Hopefully this doesn't happen again because we are checking all of them when we print the orders, then a second person checks it in sales. Then the warehouse manager checks it before posting the order. Then accounting rechecks it when the order is packed and the paperwork goes to accounting to close-out.
Additionally we are manually going through the databases to find these and other annoying crap. Progress isn't always painless.
If someone had to pay to ship back one of our mistakes, please call me at the office and reference this thread so they get me on the phone.

I've never had a problem with DDM, I've ordered twice, once when they first started on here and the other just a few days ago. Places have problems sometimes, I would have called marcus and had him check it out for you.
