Clips cannot be replaced, they are fused on the diffuser. No it will not fall apart, it is secured with four screws onto the bumper. $50 plus $10 as stated in post #1.

The diffuser will definitely not fit the non-m-style bumpers. If the bumper doesn't look like the bumper pictured, it will not fit. Thanks for inquiring.
