Hey,
it is hard to say. I think as long as it finds the modules, they should work. No matter what OBD you're running. It checks for all possible modules and if it finds it, it does test it, if not - gives you a message "Module does not respond". So I'd say it should test all your OBDII modules as well. But I cannot guarantee that, cause I've never tried it on conversion cars

So by any chance do you have the 7.5 version. I know there were issues with 6.5 reading ABS modules on some E46's...I have that problem. I'd like a full working version with all the modules.

No, I don't have 7.5 version.
And, to tell you the truth, I've never heard of any issues with any of the cars with 6.5 version.
I've heard that some eBay Carsoft weren't reading all of the modules, cause interface was cheap and not "full".
The version I have reads all the modules and does everything it's supposed to do
