1996 BMW M3 for sale
-5-speed
-90k miles
-2nd owner
-boston green with modena interior
CAR IS LOCATED IN Danbury, CONNECTICUT. 1hr north of NYC.
This is a well-maintained, low mileage E36 M3 in somewhat rare combo. I am the second owner, since 2006/50k miles. Car is smooth, tight with everything in working order and no clunks/noises. Clutch uptake is good and brakes have plenty of life left. There are no leaks, CELs etc. Tires have 70% of tread left on all four corners (235/40 front, 245/40 rear).
Paint does have some blemishes, rock chips, few door dings and one big ding on the trunk. Leather seats have some wear on bolsters on driver's side. I always properly warm up the car by driving below 2k rpm for first few minutes until oil temperature is in the operating range. I have bought E46 M3 and this one needs go, as comprehensive insurance on two M3s is hard on finances.

x-brace
front and rear strut tower braces
Polyflex RTAB
UUC transmission mounts with metal reinforcers
3.5" cold air intake with hydrophobic cover on the cone
Alpine MP3 head unit with alpine CD 6-MP3 changer
Motor is bone stock!
Maintenance:
-Fresh suspension/bushings (new RTABs, RSMs)
-Overhauled cooling system
-Recharged A/C
-All new belts
-New clutch fan
-Newish battery
-Amsoil 5w-40 grade IV synthetic every 5000 miles
-Oil changed at 90k
-Redline Differential fluid changed at 90k
-Redline Manual transmission fluid changed at 90k
Visual inspection: FCAB and Guibo in perfect condition - no cracks or signs of wear.

I will send you additional pictures tonight. Yes, car can easily go for a long journey. Water pump/metal thermostat/radiator/upper and lower cooling hoses/clutch fan are all replaced within last 15k miles. I travel once a month NY-NC (600 mile trip) on regular basis.

2. I'm assuming this has seen some winters? Can you show some photos of the undercarriage, etc. (looking for rust).
3. Where did the dent in the back come from -- under your ownership or previous owner? Curious if you would know how much it would cost to make it right.
4. Additional photos of the interior, trunk, passenger side, and engine bay would help you sell as well (in my opinion)

Just changed differential and manual transmission fluid with redline synthetics. Also fresh oil change.
Also, replaced cracked fog light with new OEM fogs.
Car is ready.
New price is $9500 and that is firm.
Undercarriage pictures as requested. Car just had diff fluid and MT fluid changed. I took pictures as they were changing.
