What bushings are you going with? I thought the UUC ones were polyurethane?

Wheels in Sig are SSR GT3's 19" E46 M3 fitment. Dinan E46 M3 Suspension. Pic thanks to Kyle K.

Is the powerflex poly bushing harsh on the ride?
Is the handling much better than the uuc rubber?
will you consider lower the price?

Do a search. Fitment of the arm to the bushing is critical. Rob has indicated that they're using teflon tape to ensure proper clearances between the arm and bushing. I'm not sure, but this could be the issue that the OP is experiencing.

If I can't fix mine with the new control arms, they'll be going up for sale, too. :-/

That probably would fix the issues with these. There was a little space between the control arm and the inside of the bushing where it goes on the control arm. That is most likley where the creaking sound came from.
It's possible my two control arms were made to the small end of their spec and the the bearings to the larger side of their's even. Some teflon tape should take care of this.
