People have been asking me to put together a rental at MIR so I have reserved both lanes (exclusively for us, no other cars present) but we need a minimum of 26 cars to make it $100/car. Show up to the track with CASH (no check, credit/debit card, money order etc etc). Who's in?

Jon, Aimal, Jay, I'll prolly drive down. My bud is also interested (625whp Mustang), he'll trailer and bring all my junk!! That way if I bust, we have a trailer to put the pieces on..and I'll just drive the mustang home.
I have a gang of guys interested in running a HPDE at VIR. If we don't, I'll be at MIR if Benz has room. I should know by this weekend. I'd LOVE to get together with you guys...I haven't even seen Aimal's "animal" yet!!
If this date doesn't suit, how about we do something at Maple Grove...I heard they run a pretty good "test and tune" on Friday nights?

Pfft queens I've been driving my shit to work all week - I dont think I'd feel comfortable just running it on MS - its totally not tuned for power and I don't feel comfortable just adding timing. Not worth the risk IMHO. BUT, if Jay were to go I'd go with him. MIR is def far and I know I won't have my DTA in or tuned - so, dunno!

don, yeah if i can't make this one (which it doesn't seem possible or practical) we need to do something local.. the grove is only like 30 minutes from my house.

Grove has a TT on Sat Nov 1? That would actually suit me better since it wouldn't mess with the track schedule.
Also, Jon would be ready by then.....I can see Jon now...pulling up to the line, exhaust diverter pulled, belching black smoke, wrinkle walls quivering, purgin' nitrous out the windshield cowling.....and running a low 14!!

Honestly, VIR sounds more tempting for me on that weekend since Summit Point filled up and I'm on the waiting list.
I'll do that Maple Grove day. I'm back in town as of 1:30 AM after my >1 month retreat to upstate NY. I'll hit you up so we can wrap things up on the white car.
