I have a 1998 e36 sedan, if i get the D2S HID kit it will convert the headlight into true xenon light right?

Also what is the difference between color - 5000k, 6000k, 3000k(optional) and 8000k(optional) packages?

The fog light adapter harness will allow me to add HID's to both the fog-lights right?

What is the D2s Adapter Harness? and the Predator Orion V2

Lastly, i have the complete Stock headlight unit that came with my car, it has never been tampered with, will this kit fit right into my headlight unit?
Sorry for so many questions here i hope you dont mind, please let me know...

    Thanks

not really, while it will improve your output somewhat the stock headlights aren't very good and they are not meant for xenon.
there's an option to add headlights, they are not very expensive and you'll have the benefit of getting a complete package that drops right in without the need of you doing any modification.

Also what is the difference between color - 5000k, 6000k, 3000k(optional) and 8000k(optional) packages?
the higher the number the lower the output but the more color you get, 3k is yellow, 5k is white with a hint of yellow, 6k is bright white with a hint of blue, 8k is blue and 10k and above start getting into the purple spectrum.
the choice should be between 5k and 6k, i and 80% of others like the 6k.

The fog light adapter harness will allow me to add HID's to both the fog-lights right?
only if you buy an additional hid kit, each kit can only power one set of light, for low's and fogs 2 kits and an adapter are necessary.

What is the D2s Adapter Harness? and the Predator Orion V2
d2s do not apply to you.
orion v2 are the latest angel eye kit we have.

read above. ditch the stockers and get a set of ellipsoids, you'll be much happier.

these will fit pretty much any car or headlight.
check your current bulbs, most depo are h1 some had h7 in them(p36) and order accordingly.

I love all the lighting deals going back and forth.

Month to month newer and lower pricing.

I have the bvtoys e36 ellipsoid headlights which uses h1 bulbs. If I were to order the h1 hid kit for my low beams will it hook up to the oem 9006 low beam harness or would I still have to use the pnp harness that came with the headlights?

I'm assuming that the harness on the back of the h1 hid bulb will plug into the ballast/ignitor and then i would plug my oem 9006 harness into the ballast/ignitor?!?!

all you would need to do is plug the low beam plug from your car (9006) into the ballast and thats it, the bulbs are connected to the ballast via amp connectors, so you dont need anything else except the hid kit.

i cant promise you that, no one can, that said i can tell you that these kits are for the most part error free, 95%+ have been so far but the possibility does exists.
