I want to make a database of different exhaust options for people to look at and listen to before making their decision. Please post what you have in this thread. Perferably: a picture of the system installed, price, performance claims, weight, and a video of the sound.
Thanks

The all-new TSE3 "Light" is an affordable rear section exhaust for '00-'05 330 and 325 models (i, Ci, iT, Xi) giving a very sporting yet subdued sound. Guaranteed absolutely no cabin "drone", this exhaust is the perfect upgrade for the enthusiast driver that wants "a little more" without going for the ful TSE3 cat-back.

Magnaflow 14815 with Resonator Delete.
Last edited by WoLF; 03-25-2013 at 12:43 PM.
Dinan CAI, Magnaflow w/ Res Delete, Angel Eyes
Type: UUC Full cat-back exhaust. With first resonator delete (the one closest to the engine)
Price: New $1300 but I have seen plenty of used one for around $700-$800. I paid $650 for mine.
I haven't noticed any performance gains, but their website says it gives the car some, but I do not have a dyno.
I love it. It's pretty quite below 3.5k RPM in the car and then it opens up. I will try to get an in car video soon.

I didn't want a "loud" exhaust. Just a bit louder than stock with more deep grumble to it so this is what I did on my 330ci. I just removed the first resonator (the large one) and I did the "golf tee mod" on the butterfly valve and retained the stock muffler and second resonator (to keep it from being raspy). I am very happy with how it turned out. C&C welcome

Kpeng Special that is broken in now about 7500 miles on it.

330ci Stock exhaust, both resonators deleted, butterfly valve removed, ACS tips.
It is a bit deeper than the vid but you get the idea... no drone.

I am not much of an internet person so I am not sure how you upload a video, I have one of a Borla catback with K&N cold air intake that I would be willing to post, but either I need guidance, or someone I can send it to to get it posted I guess.
I think I got it figured out.
BMW 325i with BORLA catback exhaust and K&N cold air filter. I believe that I paid about $1300 for exshaust and about $350 for intake, plus labor I think it was about $1900
