WTT: 1997 E36 M3 coupe

SOLD
*** NEW INTERIOR PICS 8/12/09 ***

Contact info: JP PM me here or call: 772-940-8025

Details on the car:
1997 Boston Green/Mulberry M3 coupe. 97k miles. Cruise control, 18 button OBC, 4 x 8.5 polished LTWs. Hurricane cloth/Alcantara interior. Car was purchased from Fields in Orlando. Spent 10 years in Orlando until I bought it. As such it has ZERO rust.

Mods:
Alpine CD with Ipod hookup, kicker amp, kicker 12" sub. (I can get specific model info if needed). UUC RSC36 cat back exhaust. Depo Gen 4 with 55w 6k HIDs and angel eyes. Abraham motorsports clear turn signals. Wheelskins perforated grey/black steering wheel cover.

Clear Florida title, no accidents on carfax, etc. All VIN tags are present, however one fender tag has been painted over. I had dings removed about two months ago and the body shop manager guessed that it may have been repainted in port.

Wear items in the suspension have not been replaced, however the car drives perfectly. All electric items work as they should. A/C is cold.

Recent major maintenance. The total cost was just under $1,400.00

Inspection II done by a six year BMW tech.
*Denso Iridium IK22 spark plugs
*New OEM cabin air filter.
* Oil change. OEM filter. Royal Purple 10w-40
* Royal Purple Syncromesh transmission fluid.
* Royal Purple differential fluid.

Cooling system:
* Ireland engineering all aluminum radiator 12 millimeters thicker than OEM.
* 80 degree thermostat
* Metal thermostat housing
* 80 degree fan switch. Auxiliary fan turns on at 80 degrees.
* Stewart high flow water pump. 20% more capacity than OEM.
* New OEM hoses
* New OEM expansion tank and cap.
* New electric Spal fan conversion. Turns on at 80 degrees.
* 2 x Redline water wetter.

Other:
* Motion Motorsports stainless steel underpanel.

In addition, if anyone is serious about the car, I can refer them to the tech that did the work for a third person, qualified opinion on the car.

Bad:
Two scuffs on the far left and far right side of the rear bumper. Overall paint is 8 to 8.5/10 and looks very good. I'm just trying to be descriptive here.

Looking for $9,900 as it sits now, all mods as well as the stock exhaust, stock headlights, etc.

I can pick people up from the airport if necessary. Also willing to take the car within 20 miles of 34982 for a prepurchase inspection at the buyers expense.

*** Please note. I'm not parting out anything out at this time. ***

Pictures taken today. I have more if anyone requests.

I will do more interior pictures when I get some time. I do have the //M floor mats stored.

Update:

Seats have been redyed and the hole has been patched. The repair area is visible but it's much better than having a hole. In taking the seats out for the redye, I ignored the Bentley which told me to disconnect the negative battery cable. As a result, I now have an airbag light on. It'll be taken care of before the car goes anywhere.

I have a new E36 vert so my plans have changed. No longer looking for an S54 M coupe. I'd be open to any of the other vehicles I listed above.

New pictures with my vert:

I've been bad about keeping up with this thread. I'll try to pay better attention.

JPJ2007: I do like your E30. I see you've not been active on the site in the last two weeks. If you're checking the website, pm me and we'll talk.

I apologize. I remember looking at your car a few days ago. I do really like your car. My issue is that I'm really looking for a trade in the range of $4k or less. You are asking double that so it really doesn't fit what I'm looking for.

Good luck. Again, I do like the car.

The listing is quite old and it only says "WTT" in the title. I probably should have started a new thread as I can't edit the title.

At this point I'm really just looking to sell it. I don't NEED money but I don't need another car of this value. An E30 318is or 325is I'd consider if the value of the trade car were around $2k.

Emailed but I have a feeling it's your Jetta. I have a soft spot for VWs, but not MKIVs. I've owned two VRs and currently am trying to sell a 1999 Jetta. I'm probably not open to a trade unless the car I'm getting is worth less than $3k.

Also, I thought the car was sold. I haven't heard from the buyer in a few days so I'm unsure of the status of that. Hopefully that sale goes through as I've spent 5+ hours and a not insignificant amount of money making changes the buyer requested.
