    M44 Rough Idle/Exhaust Vibration

I recently replaced my sparkplugs wth NGK Coppers and the only CEL code I'm getting is the "Catalyst Efficiency" code. I replaced my engine mounts and I also cleaned-out the Idle Control Valve to see if that would steady the rough idle but it didn't. What could it be? Some of my hoses are aging, but I haven't noticed any cracks in them. My exhaust has shaken-baby syndrome and is now making a rattling sound due to the constant vibration. What could be causing all that vibration?
