SoCal Z Race Car Museum Meet on June 8th

First Annual Z Rally
On June 8th, 2008, The Riverside International Automotive Museum will host Z Rally, a private event for BMW Zs only The museum is closed to the public on Sundays, so this will be a special event limited to the BMW Z community. There is a $5 donation to view the musuem's exhibits. The museum meet will be followed by lunch and a car show at Events Sports Grill.

You must RSVP for both the museum meet and lunch and specify which model Z you are bringing to the event. The RSVPs are important as we've clearly surpassed the 40 folks we originally planned on.

EVENT TIMELINE:

9:30 - Start Time - Please be there on time so that we can segregate private parking lots for each of the different Z variants.

11:30 - 12:00 - Group photos and caravan formation

12:00 - 12:30 - Caravan leaves for Event's Sports Grill

12:30 - 1:30 - Lunch @ Event's (it was agreed upon that we should Eat 1st, because for some people it will be their 1st available time to eat and would be hungry)

1:30 - 2:00 - Car Show Judging & Pictures

2:00 - Awards Presentation to include: Best Coupe, Best Roadster, Best of Show, Peoples Choice + Special Awards to be announced at Event's we don't want any cheaters for these awards.

2:00 - ? - Meet/Greet and if anyone wants to stay for Drinks and the Basketball Championships @6:00pm ... Everyone Welcome.

- We've organized museum parking assignments that allow each variant of Z exclusive parking. There should be plenty of room for creative and photo-friendly groupings.

Thanks for understanding that this event was envisioned to be an intimate gathering for Z enthusiasts, an alternative to the megameets where we usually get lost among the masses. Thanks for respecting that vision and maintaining the integrity of the Museum event being for BMW Zs only.
